As a Solutions Engineer, you’re the bridge between our customers’ needs and our technical reality, from the first concept to full-scale implementation.

In this role, you are the technical backbone of the project team. You collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure each solution is technically sound, cost-efficient, and delivered on time. 🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Scope new opportunities and define clear technical and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate new product implementations together with Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Service.
  • Support ongoing projects, keeping specifications, keylines, and documentation up to date.
  • Help improve workflows and processes for more efficient product launches.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and of top quality.

Your expertise and SME tasks are:

  • Leading the technical design and validation of new solutions.
  • Coordinating sample production, tooling, and testing activities.
  • Acting as the technical contact during customer meetings and supplier reviews.
  • Driving technical improvements and process innovation across multiple projects.

🎓 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in project engineering or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you enjoy finding better ways to do things.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and great communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP) and cGMP/cGDP standards is a plus.
